I love using wants and needs when looking at homes, especially when there are multiple decision makers.  I find that it helps us explore the true necessities that a home must have and allows us to determine which of our desires is most important.  It also helps me understand what I should be searching for when I am searching for you. 

I understand how important your time and energy is so I work hard to make my buying and selling systems as efficient as possible.  Through constant systems analysis, I have reduced the steps and costs of buying and selling homes.  In an attempt to be more "green" I have reduced my paperwork to online files only printing when absolutely necessary.  Since I have 100% inventory (compared to a car salesperson with only the inventory on the lot), I can help you buy or sell all real estate properties, residential or commercial.  This means I do not hard sell any property.  I find out what you want and need and match you up with the best real estate available.  A home will sell itself when it is right.  I am patient, understanding, a great driver (never an accident), and best of all I am an excellent communicator and negotiator.  I absolutely will make finding YOU the right home for YOU my number one priority.  Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
